What Is Our Return Policy?

In case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from Generation Gems for any reason, you can opt to return any unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (excluding shipping & handling). However, you can only return items that are not customized or engraved. All Generation Gems products must be returned in their original condition. Moreover, credit is subject to item being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. If any merchandise is damaged or modified in any way by any other jeweler except Generation Gems, then it can’t be returned. An item credit will be issued in case the merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Merchandise that has been customized can’t be returned.

What Can You Do If Your Order Arrives Damaged Or Incomplete?

You can instantly E-mail at info@generationgems.com. We will guide you how you return/rectify a certain problem or issue you are facing. Kindly note it will take around 3-4 weeks for returns processing through our facility.

What Is Our Return Policy For International Orders?

In case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us promptly at info@generationgems.com. Kindly make sure you mention "International" in the email subject line. We will offer you with all the necessary instructions about you need to ship your returns and the amount you may be refunded. Refund amounts for returned merchandise will be credited to you.
